While growing up in a small town near Cleveland, Ohio, I always loved building and making things with my hands. My grandfather, Franklin Brant, was a Master Carpenter for what was one of the largest home builders in Northeast Ohio at that time. I guess I would say I got most of my craftsman skills from him. My other grandfather, Peter Cereshko, was a highly-skilled handyman and could build or make anything you needed. I owe my handiness and creativity from him and my father, Mark.
After three years of wood tech in high school, I put down my tools to pursue my collegiate and athletic career at Baldwin Wallace University, graduating with a Bachelors degree. I spent years working as a field technician and coaching college and high school football. After getting married and buying our first house, I decided I wanted to pursue my first passion – woodworking.
Thanks to Pinterest, my wife had a whole slew of projects she wanted me to bring to life. I found I thoroughly enjoyed sketching up custom designs from several ideas, tweaked for our space. In 2016, my wife simply shared a photo of the rustic barn door I made for our closet and orders poured in for barn doors. That quickly evolved into farm tables and beyond. Whatever people could dream up, I would make. I enjoyed the work I was doing so much I decided to start a small business building custom wood pieces.
Thank you for being a part of my journey.

MY COMMITMENT
I am committed to completing every project and task to meet your satisfaction.
It is most important to me that you love your finished product. Positive word of mouth has been solely responsible for the growth of my dream. The fact is, wood moves as moisture and humidity change. If there is ever a shift, or something you don’t love about your piece, please, never hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
